The excursion will start from Isola Rossa and will take the participants to Trinità d’Agultu to visit the “Saori” laboratory of Manuela Muzzigoni. It is an artisan shop that produces fresh pasta and typical Gallura sweets, local delicacies, flavors of Gallura not to be missed.
You will find the famous Sardinian gnocchetti, soups, fish dishes and desserts of all kinds, from the most traditional to the classic cakes or cream puffs.
You will taste some types of sweets and savory dishes typical of the flavors of Gallura.
